We stayed at Kempinski Belek two years ago and returned this summer. The hotel has gone through some changes, but remains a truly fantastic place. The attentive and warm-hearted staff are the soul of this resort and continue to make the experience truly special.

The place is very quiet with no loud entertainment, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable, and we received a free upgrade to a sea-view room. The restaurant offers high-quality food and excellent service. Special thanks to Ahmet from Lale Restaurant for making our evenings special. Additionally, access to the golf courses was easy with the free shuttle provided by the hotel. I have stayed at hotels such as Rixos Tekirova and Gloria Golf Resort, but this place stands out with better food options and amazing staff.

I loved how nice the workers are. They would make sure to memorize your name and your food and drink preferences. They were quick to serve the food and drinks. The food and alcohol was very high quality.Ahmet, Murat and Mehmed were amazing. The hotel is very quiet and the bed was so comfortable.

Everything was wonderful. From the first welcome greeting by one of the Ladies in Red (excellent idea), our family was set up for a 10 out of 10 stay. Each and every staff member is a gem. We did have more personal interaction with Kadir, who made sure that our every need was catered for - our preferred bottles of wine and water were always on our table, ready for the evening meal. Yakup was also also there with a friendly greeting and willing to help. The food is really good which is somewhat surprising for buffet spreads. Breakfast has a vast array of choices as does the dinner buffet - here look out for the chef’s dishes, beautifully and imaginatively presented. I wish I knew everyone’s name - all staff members are polite, friendly and professional. Certainly one of our best family holidays. Thank you.

The villa we stayed in was so nice on a beautiful landscape. The service level is outstanding. The people serving us are nice and very helpful especially Umut and Ali. Sufra restaurant foods is delicious with wide variety type of food. Finally,the location is near the Land of legends which is perfect for families.

I express my gratitude to the Kempinski team for providing us with rest and relaxation. I extend my appreciation to all the employees of the main restaurant and the beach, including the waiters who are undoubtedly the best. The beach is impeccably clean, and the staff responsible for arranging the comfortable sunbeds in the morning deserves a heartfelt thank you. The room's comfortable bed, pillows, and cleanliness are worth mentioning. Our holiday was delightful, and we intend to return in the future. Lastly, I would like to give special thanks for the delectable desserts.

A clean, calm hotel, a member of Hachi Madhaim was suspended at the hotel, In the room, think of all the items we will need on vacation, a bathrobe, slippers, an iron, a hair dryer and all the necessary care items.

The pool was great, so big it almost felt like we had a private pool! The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much for them.

The staff throughout the hotel are exceptionally attentive, friendly, and polite. Service was outstanding in every area. The location is ideal, close to the airport and just a 5-minute drive from Land of Legends. The pool and beach areas are fantastic, with drink service available at all times.
